Awesome breakfast and friendly staff

Had a nice 2-night stay! The staff were super friendly, especially the girl at check-in who was so helpful. Loved the continental brekkie—croissants and porridge pot were fab, not missing the cooked stuff! Just a bummer that parking's a hassle if you’re driving, dropping off bags was a bit tricky.

I was truly impressed by the hotel's modern decor, which was bright and welcoming. The public areas were easy to navigate, making it senior-friendly and comfortable for my needs. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

Room temperature control could be improved for comfort.

My stay was a delight! The spacious Standard Double Room was filled with unique mirrors and had perfect lighting, making it Instagram-ready. Plus, the comfortable bed came with a mountain of pillows, ensuring the sweetest dreams!

staff was super nice, especially adele who got us drinks. late check out till 12pm was cool. we had a decent location in the city center. breakfast was fresh n good too. our friends had a nicer room than ours.

room was really run down, dirty carpets and stains on walls, very disappointing for a hotel. also had issues getting drinks at the bar, wasn't clear if it was open or not.

The hotel boasts a great central location, making it easy to explore the shopping and dining options of the area. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable experience with a peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, particularly the fresh fruit and tasty porridge. there could be improvements in sound insulation as noise from the bar area could be heard at times.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a comfortable lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find parking during my first stay, making it memorable. I'll return for Easter!

Location close to nightlife is a plus. Not happy with the noise from parties. it kept us awake all night.

Had an awesome trip with my friends! We visited the Glenfiddich Distillery and got to sample some amazing whiskies. Also checked out the Royal Lochnagar Distillery, which was a highlight. The location was perfect for our outings, right by the train station and city centre. Staff were friendly, making our stay even better.

Had some issues with the upgraded executive room. There were no sockets beside the beds, and we were disappointed with the breakfast options.

Excellent location, just steps away from shops and transport, made exploring convenient. The heated bathroom flooring was a lovely touch that added comfort, although the overall hotel needs more attention in maintenance areas. Breakfast was the downside due to lukewarm items, but the complimentary Wi-Fi was more than adequate. good value for the room.

The room had these cool Velux windows that were different, though they didn’t offer a view. It was comfy and warm, with nice toiletries provided. The blackout blinds were a win for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, and the shower was good but could’ve been more powerful. I appreciate the tea and coffee options too. Just a bit of noise from outside was annoying at times.
